Colombia: El Tambo


Grown by Carlos Albon Campo on his farm in Uribe in the El Tambo region of Colombia. This wonderful coffee is the base we use in our coffee house for our espresso based menu. The coffee boasts a brilliant caramel and milk chocolate flavour which is a traditional sign of great espresso. What we love most about this coffee is it's blood orange aroma and toasted marshmallow sweetness, which is really accentuated when brewed with milk.  As soon as we tased it we just knew we had to add it to our line up!
