A vibrant Colombian coffee from Jorge Mira’s El Jaragual farm, with sweet notes of candyfloss, passionfruit, and white peach. 

Jorge Mira’s experience as a forestry engineer led him to produce an outstanding, sweet coffee with notes of bubblegum, passionfruit and strawberry.

El Jaragual is a 150-hectare family owned farm managed by Jorge Mira. The farm sits at 1500 MASL in the Amalfi municipality of Antioquia, Colombia.This region is nestled in the northern section of the central spine of the Colombian Andes mountain range and is ideal for growing high quality coffee. 

Thanks to Jorges’ experience as a forestry engineer. A mixture of pine forest plantations are being grown for sustainable timber, alongside protected plots of native forest.

This coffee is oxidised for 36 hours and thereafter washed at 5 degrees celsius to induce a thermal shock and seal fermentation.
