Every bag of coffee is roasted fresh to order.
Because of that, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been dispatched. Our coffee is a food product prepared for freshness, so returned items cannot be restocked or resold.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If something is wrong with your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can put it right!
