"I was born on a coffee plantation" -- says young Jhonathan; a traditional coffee farmer from Pitalito - Colombia.
Jhonathan was born to a long generation of coffee farmers. He and his brother Johan are proud to continue their family tradition.
Exceptional Processing -- A naturally processed Pacamara Varietal; the coffee cherries are placed in anaerobic chambers for 4 days. Thereafter they undergo 120 hours of fermentation, followed by a hot water bath to induce thermal shock. Finally the coffee is naturally dried under the sun, with intermittent shade every 5 hours.
The result is an award winning cup; with distinctive notes of cherry, raspberry, hibiscus and cacao.
